Returns & Exchange
At MOHATI, all of our jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans using a combination of traditional and contemporary techniques. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations from the product images shown on our website are to be expected. These variations are a natural result of the crafting process.
We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible in terms of colour, size, and design. However, minor differences in dimensions or appearance may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Many of our designs include natural elements such as semi-precious stones, pearls, and gemstones. These materials may have inherent irregularities, which are not considered defects but are part of their natural beauty and uniqueness.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns based on personal preferences or a change of mind, as detailed product information is provided on each product page. We strongly recommend reviewing the description carefully before making a purchase.
Due to differences in screen settings, monitor resolutions, and lighting, the colour of the product may appear slightly different in person. We do not accept returns or exchanges for colour discrepancies resulting from screen variations.

Returns or Exchanges will be accepted in the following cases:
- If the product arrives damaged during shipping.
- If the package is lost in transit due to an error by our delivery partner.
- If an incorrect item is delivered to you.
Refund Policy:
Customers are requested to record an unboxing video once the parcel has been received and notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product in its original condition or unused, we will provide either a replacement of the same product or a refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, after deducting INR 70 for reverse shipping (the cost of returning the product to us). This fee will be borne by the customer. Please note that there will be no deduction for damaged goods.
Cancellation Policy
We are unable to accept order cancellations once dispatched. We kindly request customers to carefully consider their purchases before placing an order to avoid any impulsive decisions.
